Designed by the well celebrated Mexican architect, thinker and urban planner Alberto Kalach of Taller de Architectura X, 123 Sullivan Street stands out amongst the tenement SoHo streetscape as a contextual work of timeless beauty. The project brought four full floor 3 bedroom condos, one 3 bedroom duplex garden apartment and one 4-bedroom penthouse to market. The project’s total area over the six units was 21,400 sq. ft.
