199 Mott Street is a ground-up residential building located in the middle of historical Nolita, NYC, between Spring & Kenmare Streets. The eleven exclusive loft residences feature timeless vintage-modern finishes, creating a style of luxury that epitomizes the history of New York City. Designed by KBA Architects and certified LEED Silver by the USGBC, the residences are comprised of six two-bedroom residences, as well as two full-floor 3-bedroom residences and a 3-bedroom Penthouse. The project was completed Summer 2015.
