20 West 10th Street
20-22 w. 10th Street was originally developed as the Renwick Terrace Townhouses intended for the New York City elite of the mid 19th century. The block is one of the only fully intact tree lined mid 19th century blocks in all of Manhattan making the real estate so sought after here agents refer to it as the Gold Coast.
